I went there in September 2006 and found the place to be simply one of the best places I'd ever stayed in in Laganas. The rooms are basic, but who needs anything more than a place to kip down and get ready for a night out on the lash eh?
It's about a 25-30 minute walk from the beach but, the walk down to it is pleasant enough but beware of people touting for your business as you walk past the numerous pubs/clubs/cafes and restaurants (dependant on the time of day you walk past though), these people are klnown as P.R.'s, the last I heard, it was illegal (or highly frowned upon, anyway) for these people to work as such.
There are also two pools here, one is in the hotel grounds next to the bar area and the 2nd is next door to the strip club which separates the hotel from the 2nd pool. Here you'll find some water chute/slides and it's generally the quieter of the two pools.
